For stays longer than 2 nights, a deposit of 100EUR (2500CZK) is required upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded upon departure if there is no damage to the accommodation. The fee will be collected on arrival, in cash. In case of a stay longer than 3 nights we require cleaning from our side for a supplement of 12 EUR (300CZK) in the middle of the stay. Bed linen, towels will be changed and the apartment will be cleaned in agreement with you.
Hi :), I am a native of Olomouc, who took root in Ostrava after graduating from the Technical University, I spend my free time with my family, dog and I like to do sports. I am professionally engaged in design activities in the field of technical equipment of buildings - ventilation and air conditioning, heat and smoke removal.
Sunny spacious apartment 2 + KK is situated in a quiet and safe part of the old historical development, in Ostrava-Poruba. Situated near a shopping center, this hotel is close to University Hospital and Technical University. The apartment is situated near the exit of the D1 highway, railway station Ostrava - Svinov, tram stop is from the apartment about 50m, near are also bus stops. The apartment is located on the first floor. Restaurants, pubs, shops (pharmacy, grocery, meat shop, drugstore), cafes and Greek tavern are nearby. Apartment with its location is located in the "green" part of Ostrava. For lovers of walks and sports there is a lot of activities, near the forest with an observatory with a planetarium, various sports, swimming pool 50 meters long with sauna. I will advise you and where to go. Stay with your pets (cats, dogs), but inform me about their arrival in advance. Pets are not allowed to sleep in bed or sofa! If you are unable to comply with this rule, please leave your pet at home. Pet fee is 4eura / night.
