Spacious and modern furnished Apartment 29 of 41 m2 and covered front garden 10 m2 is located on the zero floor of the popular resort Lipno nad Vltavou no. 25 with its own separate entrance and parking place at the entrance. Wake up to the park and the surrounding countryside of Lipno Lake. Accommodation is possible for up to 5 persons (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed + possible extra bed on the sofa bed). The apartment has parameters 1 + kk, but the entire sleeping area can be separated by a curtain. The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking enjoyment is possible at the front garden. The object is monitored by the camera system. The apartment has an outdoor sitting area (table and 4 chairs) on the roofed front garden of 10 m2, entrance hall with wardrobe, fully equipped kitchenette, glass ceramic hob, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, toaster, mixer, multifunction pot, refrigerator and dishwasher. The apartment is equipped with furniture, has a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with a shower and the possibility of sports equipment. There is also Wi-Fi, TV and DVD player, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, and a children's chair and a sofa bed.

Surroundings Lipno nad Vltavou offers an unforgettable holiday in all seasons. Its location in close proximity to the PLA Šumava and Lipno Lake creates a unique complex of free entertainment and sports recreation. The apartment is situated about 300 m from the beach and 900 m from the ski slope. In the winter months you can visit aquaworld, ski on local slopes, enjoy the walled SNOW park, use cross-country trails, skate on the longest artificial lake promenade, or in suitable wind conditions to ride the kit on the lake. The slopes are ideal for beginners. Children's FOX Park for the youngest is equipped with a belt conveyor and is operated free of charge. Summer offers not only traditional bathing in the Lipno dam and trips to the Šumava natural and cultural monuments, but also a bobsled, rope park, treetop trail, forest kingdom, scooter downhill, hopsarium, windsurfing, fishing, yachting, jogging, in-line skating, BIKE park Lipno with super flowtrail not only for beginners, cycling, hiking and much more…
