Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

Next to the kitchen, you will find the main living room area which offers ample seating with comfortable sofas, TV area and large patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. There is a wide screen television, an upgraded Satellite TV with Video on Demand and complimentary wireless Internet (Up to 20 Mbps). Furnished to a very high standard both inside and outside with modern furniture, this villa is the ultimate choice for those looking for their relaxing and comfortable dream holiday.

The St. Elias hillside area offers a quiet location with stunning seaviews over the Protaras area. The resort centres of Protaras and Pernera and their fantastic beaches are only a 2 minute drive from the villa.
