Enjoy this beautifully located 2-bedroom deluxe apartment located in the Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort. Steps away from the beach and enclosed within a 24/7 secured community. The apartment complex is quietly located, has a luxurious communal swimming pool with sunbeds and a very spacious private terrace with shade cloth. The apartment is equipped with every luxury for a perfect holiday and to relax. Enjoy the parrots flying by and the view over the golf course. Come and enjoy Green View 1! The space This newly renovated ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have wonderful new beds. Through the spacious living room with open kitchen you enter the terrace through the patio doors. Here is a dining area, a lounge set and two sunbeds. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The terrace is equipped with a shade cloth. Enjoy the Caribbean evening breeze from your terrace with a beautiful view over the Caribbean sea and golf course. While the Curaçaoan sun may be generous with its rays, it shows no mercy with our wallets. That's why many of us are frugal when it comes to using water and electricity. We're experts at taking quick showers, turning off lights when leaving a room and doing laundry on sunny days to keep that electricity bill low. To accommodate our guests a little, we have the following arrangement: Water (0.25 m3 per day) and electricity (15 Kwh per day) is included. For excess consumption, there is a charge of Usd 0,50 per Kwh and Usd 9,- per cubic meter of water used.
We are Michel and Evelien, we have completely renovated the apartment to our own taste to make a fresh new start. The apartment is equipped with all the luxury you need for a perfect holiday!
Apartment Green View is located on the beautiful Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort. Enjoy the clear Caribbean bay. Relax on the beautiful sandy beach under one of the palapas. Golf on one of the most beautiful 18 hole courses. Dine at good and cozy restaurants. Dive, tennis, hike, fitness, sail, kayak, or dance in the sand during happy hours. Or do nothing at all while the kids are having fun. Every day is a paradise experience at this secured and meticulously maintained resort. The apartment is perfectly located: Supermarket Center < 3km Hato airport < 5km Willemstad < 8km Mambo Beach < 10km Golf course <0.5km Beach <0.5km Diving school <0.5km Various restaurants <0.3km In addition, you can drive to all the beautiful natural beaches that Curacao has to offer in the direction of Westpunt!
