Our property is on the beach with beautiful sunsets and private views of the beach, ocean, hill side and river. If you are looking to be close to action but want a nice quite location then this is your home to stay in. We would love to share with you our love for this beautiful area.
***If your dates you are looking for are not available message us we have another beachfront condo in Jaco.*** Heidi and I (Serge) have been traveling to Costa Rica for many years looking for the region we want to retire to. Our first trip to Costa Rica we both looked at each other when we were on the plane to come home and said we were leaving home. We now have this condo to share our love for this country and its people with guests, family, and friends.
With our private, gated community with a security guard on duty 24-7. You are safe and you can totally relax. Yet you are close to downtown Jacó (10-15 minute walk) to enjoy the shops, dinner and activities in this great little town. If you are looking for long term rentals of 28 days or longer, message us for discounted rates.
