The location in Poblado was fantastic, staff were amazing and very helpful. The views from the room were incredible. The room had the best shower i had anywhere on the trip. Walking distance to Santa Fe mall. Cars were available to take us where ever we wanted.

The breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary typical international breakfast. The location was great as it’s not within all the noise and hype but only 7-10 mins taxi away from it (provenza) so you can have peaceful sleeps. The suite was incredible, the view from your room is picture perfect (you will take the same picture every morning!) the small details like automatic curtain control made it feel very luxurious, the bed super comfortable the walk in wardrobe… literally everything about the suite was amazing. I would say this is the best place we have stayed at out of all of our travels. Loved it and WILL 100% return.

The hotel is beautiful and quaint. Even though it's pretty big, it still feels intimate. The staff is the biggest asset, they were all fantastic. Friendly and patient as we did not speak good Spanish. Full of energy and just all around great. The rooms were cleaned perfectly and everything just smelled great.

Located in a safe neighboorhood in El Poblado, the hotels has an amazing rooftop pool and is equipped high-quality furniture. The staff has been very friendly and is also able to communicate in English. Both transfers the hotel has organised for me and my wife (from the airport to the hotel as well as from the hotel to Guatape) have been excellent.

The rooftop pool had great views and the staff there were great. Breakfast was the best that we had in Colombia at a hotel. The rooms were spacious and very new.
