The room was nice and big- very comfortable bed. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I’m don’t speak Spanish but , several staff spoke enough English so,that we could communicate. The breakfast was very nice and came with many choices…even scrambled eggs could be ordered. As a woman traveling alone, I felt quite safe. The staff volunteered to help with my luggage which I greatly appreciated. They offered to do many thoughtful things,,,,,e.g. while I waited outside for my Uber, a staff brought me coffee. I definitely recommend Hotel Pasko and would stay here again. My travel agent booked this hotel for me and I had a good nightly rate.

Bellas Artes is an amazing neighborhood. Within 10 minutes walking distance, there are several fantastic restaurants, the Metro is right next to the hotel and several museums are in short walking distance. The staff is incredibly friendly and flexible. Hotel Pasko offers 24h reception service and very easy check in. Rooms are cleaned daily. I highly recommend it.

The staff were fantastic; they were friendly and helpful and very patient with my lack of Spanish. I needed to get to the airport at three in the morning and they booked the taxi, called me when it arrived, and handled the payment. The room is comfortable and clean with a fridge. The location is handy to restaurants, markets, the art galleries, Plaza, Park Forestal, and other attractions but in a quiet street. Breakfast was good and there is a supermarket close by.

Great little hotel with amazing staff, always very nice, helpfull and flexible. Location perfect to explore Santiago. Good breakfast. Amazing beds. Good wifi for computers and Android but does not work for iphones. We highly recommand, great value for money.

Location was absolutely perfect, breakfast was perfect, staff were perfect, room was perfect. Was easy to find and very close to a metro station and some greats sights. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was much bigger than I was expecting and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great, you didn’t feel like total food overload and hours for breakfast were long and if you needed it earlier, there was no problem if you let reception know the night before. We were very impressed with everything!
