Cuisine at The Estancia offers the best of the local flavors using only organic products from our gardens. We have different activities that will allow our guest to discover this corner of the world from different perspectives, ranging from horse- back riding in Sierra Baguales, trekking in Cerro Guido, fly fishing in mythical Patagonian rivers and 4x4 adventures that will take you to the border between Chile and Argentina.
