Staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet had enough variety for our 4 night stay, and dinner was fantastic. Located a short drive from park entrance. Comfortable beds and very peaceful, however walls are thin.

Decent little hostel located just outside the entrance to TdP national park. It's about a 15-20min walk to the ranger station and the bus stop that takes you to the start of the Base Torres hike. The dorm room was quite small and when full felt very crowded. A basic breakfast is included but you have to pay for other meals, which are quite expensive so bring snacks as a back-up. Bathrooms were adequate and the water pressure was good (incl. hot water). It's a bit overpriced for a hostel, but you're effectively paying for the location so if you're not camping / doing the full TdP hike, then it's a good option for a couple of nights.

Beautiful views, although it was a bit rainy when we were there. The owner is so nice and easygoing. Cabins and everything we needed, comfortable and great value compared with all the other options in the area.

The hotel room provided us with a magnificent view facing the Grey Glacier and the Torres del Paine mountains. There was one fantastic member of the restaurant during breakfast who spoke good English, was welcoming and very helpful. She is in the wrong job...move her to the reception please. Gorgeous surroundings - lots of great views and local walks. Very relaxing stay with lots of places to rest (eg sofas in bar / spa). Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. They allowed us early check in. Food in restaurant was very tasty and not too expensive (given the remote location we appreciated that).

The location of this hotel cuts 4 km off the hike to the Torress viewpoint, which is a great advantage. The staff and service were excellent. The dinner (included in our accommodation fee) was delicious. The room is basic for the hotel price. Overall, despite the hotel being a bit pricy considering the room facilities, I would recommend this place due to the unbeatable location and the staff's kindness.
