 The guest group leader is required to complete an ONLINE CHECK-IN:
 - The acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Quokka Sagl (you can read them by clicking on the link that is shown) - the uploading of an identity document (ID or Passport) - the entry of names, surnames, dates of birth of all guests. - the signing of a CONTRACT with the QUOKKA Sagl agency, with the acceptance of a set of Regulations. Only upon completion of all these steps, the guest will receive instructions to enter the building.

For your holiday in beautiful Lugano, THE CENTRAL HOME is the elegant and perfect solution for families, groups of friends or colleagues on a business trip. This spacious four-room apartment is located in a strategic area, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all services, and only 5 minutes walk from Lugano Lido and the exhibition centre Centro Esposizioni. Upon entering, you are greeted by the living room, tastefully furnished with refined accessories, such as the original sideboards that add a touch of charm. Here you will spend pleasant moments in company, chatting or reading a book on the two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Next to it, the dining table comfortably seats up to 8 people. The kitchen, open onto the living room, is fully equipped with all appliances and the necessities to prepare lunches and dinners as at home, or prepare an aperitif or breakfast to be enjoyed on the terrace. Equipped with a table and four chairs, it is perfect for pleasant moments in the open air during the summer, an ideal place to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and a small glimpse of Lake Lugano. The three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people and offer a variety of accommodation options: a standard double room, a second double room with a king-size bed, and the third room with a sofa bed, consisting of two single beds (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we feel it is only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The flat has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a whirlpool bath, for long moments of relaxation. Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. The flat has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available. The flat has a private parking space in the shared garage.

Nearby: In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, gym, pharmacy, post office, and a few minutes' walk to the lakefront: the Lido di Lugano is only a 5-minute walk away, as is the Lanchetta, a renowned bar-restaurant overlooking the waters of Lake Lugano. Lugano is a well-served town, where you will enjoy a lively atmosphere with shops, restaurants and shops for all needs. Those who enjoy evening life can also find many discos, such as the Seven, a renowned club opposite the Parco Ciani. In the centre of Lugano, you can admire the large Pizza Riforma where the Town Hall stands, the characteristic Via Nassa with its luxury shops, the spectacular lakeside promenade with its elegant swans strolling along the pedestrian street, the large botanical park "Parco Ciani" where you can admire various flowers and take wonderful pictures by the lake and much more. In addition, walking along the entire Via Nassa takes you directly to the large LAC theatre and museum, where you can attend various shows and exhibitions. How to get there: After arriving at the Lugano Sud motorway junction, continue to Via Riva Antonio Caccia and Riva Vincenzo Vela, after about 9 minutes you will find yourself in Viale Castagnola. From there turn into Via delle Scuole to access your flat. By public transport: After arriving at Lugano railway station take bus no. 2 in the direction of "Castagnola, Capolinea" for 7 stops (approx. 10 minutes) and get off at "Cassarate, Lanchetta". From here you will be in front of the flat in 2 minutes on foot.
