Nelle vicinanze si trovano due Centri commerciale e diversi negozi. Il lago si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti. La Citta di Costanza si trova a 2 Km ed é facilmente raggiungibile con il treno ( stazione a 150 mt ) o con il bus ( fermata davanti casa )
