it was really nice. clean, nice breakfast, the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. it's located in the centre of the city and this was a huge bonus. the room is very little but very clean, bed was comfortable so overall i will come back here next time in st gallen!

We like the visit of the old part of the town visiting Abbaye the St. Gall , the historical buildings. Visit to the textile musuem was interesting. We wish more restaurants were open on a Sunday night.

The hotel was modern and clean, near the city center and right next to the train station. The stay and breakfast were fine. Only parking was not included, we had to park outside the hotel with an extra charge.

Very beautiful medieval town.
Very beautiful medieval town. One of the five most impressive and libraries in the world. The city has plenty of activities to choose from. Easy to walk around, full of nice restaurants with good beer and good food. Nice train station from which one can go on a one-day Appenzell trip.

Abby’s library was the best visit ever. I’ve learned a lot (explanations were interesting and not too many info) and it is beautiful. Interior of the cathedral is unusually bright.

My first time in St Gallen and I found the town to be charming. I stayed at the Einstein Hotel which is a very short walk to the cathedral and library, possibly the most important buildings in St Gallen. They're definitely worth visiting
The accomodation is at a walking distance from the train station in a quiet area where you can easily reach the main attraction by walking.
The check-in instructions were easy and precise, Mrs. Joppich was reactive and helpful.
The accomodation is clean, nice and has all that you need for you stay: I've never seen so many amenities in a room that it's not a hotel.
I felt spoilt and really welcomed.
I highly recommend the place and if I ever come back to St. Gallen, I'd definitely book the place again!

I was pleasantly surprised from this property as I travelled for a conference. The property is ideally located between the Abbey and the Einstein conference centre , both just a minute walking. The hotel is in typical traditional style, with wooden roofs and well equipped kitchens at every level. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.
The hotel is in a convenient location to the highway, city, and park. It is incredibly clean and has incredibly friendly staff members.

We wanted a queen size bed & the hotel managed to accommodate us. The room was spacious and the amenities was great. The breakfast the staff was friendly & accommodating. There still could be a better variety with regards to breakfast. We stayed only 1 night as it was good value for money. Thanks

While the hotel boasts a central location, which might be appealing to some, this feature was vastly overshadowed by the unbearable noise from the nearby river and the unhelpful attitude of the staff. The central location simply cannot compensate for the lack of peace and poor customer service.
The hotel is located right next to the Olma Messen bus stops which have direct connections every 5 minutes during weekdays to St Gallen Bahnhof. It's also close to the Kantonsspital ( Cantonal Hospital ) , the largest hospital in the St Gallen Canton. The old town is easily reachable on foot.
This fully furnished apartment is located quite near to the train station, affordable in term of the daily rate but excellent services and hospitality from the host, Maria. Highly recommended. This is the best accommodation during our two-week trip in Switzerland.
