Dreaming by the lake! Modern furnished 3-room flat in an unbeatable location directly on the lake. The high-end garden furniture of the spacious terrace with pergola and the sunbathing lawn (shared use) invite you to sunbathe. Living room, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, shower and WC are all on the ground floor. The non-smoking flat is equipped to a high technical standard and is also suitable for a home office and has, among other things: 65-inch TV, Sonos sound system, WLAN, printer, DVD player, Jura coffee bean machine, microwave and gas & charcoal grill, Electric car charging station plug type 2 (Tesla Wallbox)
