 The guest group leader is required to complete an ONLINE CHECK-IN:
 - The acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Quokka Sagl (you can read them by clicking on the link that is shown) - the uploading of an identity document (ID or Passport) - the entry of names, surnames, dates of birth of all guests. - the signing of a CONTRACT with the QUOKKA Sagl agency, with the acceptance of a set of Regulations. Only upon completion of all these steps, the guest will receive instructions to enter the building.

Welcome to our charming two-room apartment in the heart of Bosco Luganese. Located within a quiet Residence, this flat is a cosy refuge for those who want a break from the hectic city life, while being only 20 minutes away from Lugano. Upon entering the flat, you will find yourself immersed in a space furnished in an essential but comfortable manner. The living room has a warm atmosphere, thanks to the many lamps that illuminate the entire room, while a generous window leads outside. The large terrace offers a perfect spot for sunbathing and enjoying the fresh air, but is also an ideal place to spend pleasant moments outdoors during the warm season. A table and two chairs invite you to share special moments with your loved ones or simply enjoy the tranquillity and natural beauty around you. The room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a table with four chairs, ideal for convivial lunches and dinners. Next door is the open kitchenette, where you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, guaranteeing a peaceful and rejuvenating rest, perhaps after a day spent exploring the surroundings; a chest of drawers and a wardrobe will allow you to keep your wardrobe tidy. The bathroom with shower completes the flat. A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast. Wifi is free and available to guests. The residence has a convenient uncovered private car park. Smoking is prohibited. Any commercial activity inside the flat is forbidden. Access: This is a SELF CHECK-IN flat: we will not be present at the residence when you arrive, but when you confirm your booking you will receive an e-mail with INSTRUCTIONS with photographs and VIDEO for entry and parking.

Nearby: The city of Lugano is 20 minutes away by car. From the flat you can easily reach the industrial area of Manno and the SUPSI university, only 6 km away. In 10 minutes you can enjoy your holidays at the Agno lido. Visit nearby Cademario with its beautiful walks and the famous Kurhaus spa. How to get there: By car, from the A2 motorway take exit 49-Lugano Nord from A2/E35; continue on Via Cantonale/Via Galleria. Take S.da Regina, Via Cademario and Canve in the direction of Str. Cantonale in Bioggio and in 15 minutes you will reach the flat. In Autobus, from Piazzale Stazione Nord Lugano (binario "C") take the n. 422 for 9 stop, scendi Bosco Luganese-Campolungo and 1 minute feet you will arrive destination.
