Brand new modern 3 bedroom beach duplex retreat in Penticton - the land of boating and wineries. Located on the quiet alleyside of Lakeshore drive, this architectural delight is located just steps from all the action! Enjoy your mornings sipping onsite Nespresso, lounging in the sun in an expansive rooftop or main floor deck, and cooking in a state-of-the art chef's kitchen appointed with smart appliances. Location can't be beat! Steps from the beach, 5 min to Naramata wineries, 35 min to Apex.
Yoga, long distance running ... love living in Vancouver. Guests can contact me via cell or email. We have family that watches over the property a few houses down in the case of an emergency.
Penticton at it's finest! Take a walk along the beachside boardwalk, eat at one of the lakeview restaurants, stroll over to the vibing Wayne and Freida coffee shop, bike to the Namarata wineries, and send the kids to the inflatable bouncy waterpark - all steps from this beautiful property.
