You can make such requests via your BOARDING PASS. We can also arrange for a multitude of services, amenities and perks. All of which you can see and book in your BOARDING PASS after your booking confirmation. You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability and additional fees. If you have an INFANT that would bring your total guests over 2 people, kindly inquire with us for arrangements. We will accept your request. - Due to health reasons and for the sake of the environment, we no longer provide body soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. We provide hand soap, dish soap and all other toiletries. That is reflected in the pricing. - There are no elevators. - Always be respectful and polite in any communication with us, other tenants or guests. - Mishaps happen, kindly let us know if something went wrong. It is the best and most cost effective way to deal with any issue that may have been caused. We will work with you to minimize costs. - Due to a Montreal bylaw, the usage of the fireplace is not allowed. - If you are not happy with anything or require information during your stay, kindly inform us right away. - PARKING ---There is some free street parking available within 5 minute walk of the building. It is subject to various conditions especially in the winter. We cannot GUARANTEE the free parking. --- There is some paid street parking available within 5 minute walk of the building. It is also subject to various conditions especially in the winter. --- There are some secure lot paid parking available within 5 minute walk of the building. It can vary between ten to twenty five per day to park depending on various conditions and timing factors. - PETS --- Pets are welcomed. Kindly inform us when you have a pet and the details of your pet. (type, breed, size, age, name) --- There is a pet fee per pet per night --- If you do not disclose your pet, the fees are double. --- You are responsible for the actions of your pet including damages or extra cleaning. --- ALWAYS keep your pet on a leash in common areas if applicable. --- Do not allow your pet on the furniture. --- Keep your furry friends in their crates if they are left alone in the home to avoid surprises and oopsies.
