A house for you, to live well, to have fun, to rest safely at home or similar? Warning: this is not a dwelling in a building shared with other dwellings! It is a single-family house.You will not disturb anyone in the building! YOU WILL BE AT HOME! Parts are at ground level (r-c) or upstairs. There are no rooms in a dark basement and wet for health, with tiny windows. Our house with a large private parking, is a construction with large furnished rooms, 5 Queen Queens beds, 1 double bed and 1 single for 12 people. There is also sofa bed for 2 people. And possible to arrange 2 other beds for total of 16 people. We do not have a bunk bed! The rooms will allow to have space. Several free secure private parking. VERY IMPORTANT: Please specify the number of people you will be EN including children, WHEN BOOKING! Send us changes quickly. Do not hesitate if you have questions.

I am the owner of the house, I am very helpful and I love to receive nice travelers! The rates are composed of 3 different fees: 1- An amount for the owner and his public presence on the Internet + 2- a commission to pay for the WEBSITE Booking com. which acts as intermediary + 3- taxes of the country. The house does not look like a luxurious castle or a prestigious manor house. You will be welcomed into a Canadian style home with its casual and simple look. Suitable to receive groups in Quebec. The rental price is for a whole house just for you, so you have a place to sleep well, cook whatever you want, and relax with family or group. This is not a disturbing holiday site with commercial infrastructure, and noisy tourist attractions! Do not hesitate if you have any questions.
Up to 4 free parking spaces in front of the door of the house, very easy to carry luggage! Also includes a small terrace of 10 x 20 feet with chairs, tables and a barbecue. There is no garden or other outdoor landscaping with the house accessible to travelers. Quiet and safe neighborhood, little traffic or other vehicles because it is a cul de sac street. Important: It is in the beautiful and quiet family area: new dynamic district of Lebourgneuf / Neufchâtel, one of the safest in the immediate area of ​​Quebec City for you and your car! We are on the right side of the river, the north shore, near all services. Various activities, food, medical, automobile, leisure, catering for various budgets.
