This Homestay is cozy, and quiet, with lots of natural light, walk-out access to a fenced yard and the laundry room, and Netflix included. Located in the best neighborhood of North Oshawa, within walking distance to plazas, restaurants, the cinema, and for those like us who love nature, the Harmony Valley Conservation area! Also, Lakeview Park Beach is a 15-minute drive away. We are minutes from all highways and business centers. We take strict measures to manage health protocols to ensure the safety of our guests. Thanks for your interest. We are here to make your stay a comfortable one. We enjoy meeting new people, so be as social or as quiet as you like. I tell all our guests that while they stay with us, we want them to feel like they are at home. We live upstairs so come knock for any requests! We are also quick to answer any questions. Guests have access to view the latest movies and shows on Netflix and Bell Fibe TV. Enjoy the backyard or lounge in the patio chairs. There is ample parking on our driveway for those traveling with a car. We do accept pets (dogs) but to a maximum of one. We are happy to host families with infants or small children. Our street is lovely and quiet, and at the same time conveniently located near main streets and shopping centers. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking. We are a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to any shopping or eating destination. Including WalMart, Winners, Real Canadian Superstore, Best Buy, Kelsey's, Lone Star, and many more. You are also a 15 minute drive to... a BEACH, Lake Ontario that is. There are beautiful walking routes at the Lakeview neighborhood, just ask and we can direct you. In addition, what makes our place so unique is how convenient it is to get around. We are 10 minutes drive to either the 407 or the 401. Whether you are taking a weekend break, visiting friends/family or traveling on business, the amenities, location and convenience are all available to you. You can ask us for pointers of course.
