Our 950 sq. ft. cottage is situated, near the front of our 3acre property where we reside. The location is perfect for those who want to have a place to relax after exploring the local vineyards, farmers’ markets, parks, beaches and walking trails. The property is gated for security and our old friendly hound dog.
We will interact with guests if they desire, however we respect your privacy, and will go about the property and will not disturb you. Having said that, we are available if you need help, or have any questions.
We are on a quiet dead end street. Most neighbors have a couple of acres, and some have animals. You may hear or see chickens, geese, owls, ravens, deer, squirrels, horses and even eagles. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Brentwood College, and 10 minutes to Shawnigan Lake School, so perfect for parents visiting their children. Our close proximity to the Trans Canada Highway, makes travel easy to Victoria (35min drive), and about 45min to Nanaimo.
