This quiet, private residence features keyless entry and an open-concept with gas fireplace. The suite is located on the upper floor of a heritage home and has two balconies with lots of natural light and outdoor space. Please note that access to the suite requires the use of stairs to the 3rd floor. The suite is equipped with a kitchenette, in-suite laundry, gas fireplace and air conditioning Unbeatable location! Groceries, Restaurants, Pharmacies, Alcohol/Beer Stores) are all less than 450m away on Parliament St Parking Information: Free Street Parking is available daily from 7am to midnight. We recommend paying particular attention to the signs to ensure that you do not receive a ticket. *Please do not park between 6 Salisbury Avenue and the stop sign or you risk being ticketed).* After midnight, you can park at the "Green P" lot at 51 Aberdeen Ave (fee), on Parliament St (free, however, pay attention to the signs) or request a temporary street parking permit (fee) by googling "Temporary On-Street Parking Toronto".
