The suite layout is a spacious 2000 sqft separate entrance walk-out basement with many large windows. The suite is located in the heart of Aurora, a few steps from Yonge Street. Access to public transit, a close walk to the bus stop, and a short drive to the Aurora GO station. 10-minute drive to highway 404. 15-minute drive to Highway 400. A 30-minute drive to Toronto. 25mins away from Wonderland. There are a number of shopping centers, grocery stores, many restaurants, community centers, banks, golf courses, and trails.A safe and high class area.
