The hotel was excellent, and I would gladly give it 10 points if it weren't for one hiccup. The location was superb, beautifully decorated and equipped. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. Very clean. And what stole my heart was the retro radio with Bluetooth! Charming. Additionally, Audrey, I believe the manager, contacted us a few days before our arrival to inquire if we needed any assistance with transportation - very kind of her. Upon arrival, she also helped us book a fantastic tour.

We had an amazing satay at Treetops Hotel. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The property was about a 10 min walk from the centre and bikes were provided to use if needed. Audre was amazing and she contacted us before our stay to arrange taxis and also arranged a great snorkelling trip and plane ride to see the blue hole. We loved it so much we stayed another night! I would stay here again as it was perfect place to stay in Caye Caulkner. They had a nice rooftop area with hammocks to relax and an area to the front with sunbeds near the sea. There are some local places nearby for nice breakfast too. One of the best places we stayed on our trip.

The hotel is really comfortable and clean, and in a quiet location. The manager Audre is also really lovely and very helpful (she gave us tons of tips and recommendations)! Would definitely recommend staying there.

We stayed in the Treetops Suite, which was fitted out stylishly, clean, and with great views over to the beach and the sea. Audre welcomed us and provided us with lots of advice (and laundry!) and there was a little book in the room with loads of recommendations, which we thought was a lovely touch. The hotel has a private beachfront area with loungers, free (brand new) bikes, and a small outside gym area. We really enjoyed Caye Caulker and would definitely like to return!

Tree Tops was in a quiet, beautiful location. Close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. Audre was an incredible host. She made sure to assist with any thing you might need. She booked a snorkeling trip for us with a fantastic guide. Clean, comfortable, free bikes provided. We’d definitely come back!

The staff were fantastic and the room was beautiful. Audrey was one of the best hosts we have ever experienced. So friendly and really helpful. She recommended a great snorkelling tour for us then booked it for us. She also booked restaurants and supported us with organising our transport. 10/10! The room was so clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to the centre which is perfect as it is so nice and quiet to sleep but close to walk to everything. Loved it!
