Located on the garden level, these cozy one-bedroom apartments are just steps from the dipping pool and wonderful views of the ocean. Decorated with tile floors, mahogany cabinets, and pictures from local artists, the living areas have a beautiful couch and chair with coffee and end table, TV, and a small kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, large sink, coffee pot, toaster, portable burner and water cooler. The bedrooms boast a very comfortable queen bed, dresser and end table, closet, along with a safe, and an AC. The bathroom has a large shower and is accessible from the bedroom and living area. Guests have access to the pool, the front beach area, dock and viewing deck! Bikes, kayaks and a peddle board are available for rent. Fisherman come into the dock almost daily with a fresh catch. There is access to the water at the end of the dock. Most everything (stores, restaurants, and bars) is within walking distance!

Carla and Dave are fisherfolk and sailors! The love it out there in the blue so this property suites them down to the ground. They live upstairs and are always friendly, outgoing, and welcoming. Their kids are in the USA so they often go and visit too.

We are located on the edge of the Caye Caulker Village, close enough to walk or bike to everything, but a little more on quiet side. We are located 2-3 blocks south of the water taxis. Several grocery stores are within 2-3 blocks, as are a couple of restaurants and bars.
