The house has 2 apartments: La Barcolana 1 and La Barcolana 2. These 2 apartments might be rented together or separately. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and a beautiful equipped veranda/terrace. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double bed and single bed, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and furnished patio overlooking the garden. Churrascheira. Garage for 2 cars; possibility of parking also outside the property.
The house is located in a very quiet area 5 minutes from the beach.
