Book Santos reserves the right to charge a security deposit, to be paid via PIX within a designated period, even after confirmation of the reservation by Booking. When making the reservation, we will proceed with requesting information from all guests and a rental contract will be drawn up. After confirming the contract, entry authorization will be sent to the condominium. In the morning on the day of your arrival, we will send you all the necessary information to ensure you have a great stay! When arriving at the condominium at the established time, it will be necessary to present EVERYONE's document at the entrance to be allowed entry. We send them the data requested in our form in advance. Our call center will contact you shortly after booking to make itself available for any needs you may have. We have a team ready to assist you daily from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. Book Santos has been providing an excellent service in short-term accommodation for years, we are sure you will have an excellent stay with us. We are waiting for you!

Apartments 1711 (Studio Apartment with Sea View), 2013 (Studio with Sea View) and 3411 (Apartment with Sea View) have views of the sea/Emissary, perfect for staying with children as there is a protective screen on the balcony. Accommodating up to 3 people comfortably, the apartments have 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed. **APTO 1711 - WASHING MACHINE DOES NOT WORK** In a luxurious condominium in front of one of the main beaches in Baixada Santista - Gonzaga and in an apartment measuring 48 m², it will definitely bring you memorable moments in Santos! **INFINITY EDGE POOL CLOSED UNTIL 12/16/2024** The condominium has a 24-hour reception, a super complete leisure area with: heated pool, hydromassage, gym, jacuzzi (upon advance reservation and payment), sauna, games room, toy library and children's playground, perfect for you to relax after the beach or after a day of hard work. There is also breakfast served by the condominium on Saturdays and Sundays per person and separate options (payment must be made to the condominium). Prices may change, please confirm during your reservation. For everyone's safety, access to the building is controlled. At the time of entry, it will be necessary to present everyone's photo identification documents to confirm the data sent in advance by us. Your reservation will include: bed linen, pillows and towels (except pool/beach towel) according to the number of paying guests, 1 blanket for use during accommodation, equipped kitchen and access to the pools and other areas of the condominium as per its rules, cleaning carried out by our team to welcome you and prepare the apartment and after booking, everything so that your well-being is guaranteed. Neighbourhood information

The Unlimited condominium has a pedestrian entrance on Avenida da Praia, the location is ideal for walking and strolling in the largest garden in the world. There are also excellent restaurants just a few blocks away, a tip is the renowned Van Gogh pizzeria, as well as being super close to the "Pão de Açúcar" supermarket. For those coming by bus, take the bus that stops at the Santos/São Vicente border, it crosses the street of the development and you can walk. If you have any questions, please contact us!
