Company information

I'm an Spaniard married to a Brazilian. After living for 14 years in Spain we returned to Brazil, and along with her we do our best to make our apartments a solid base for you to enjoy Rio.

Property information

All the apartments are located in the same building, all of them have similar characteristics and the same services. There's only slight difference in the decoration and opposite layouts due to building plan. The fact that they are all in the same building makes them ideal for groups of friends or colleagues who have the possibility of staying in the same place, although each one can have its own space and privacy. We ARE NOT A HOTEL and WE DO NOT offer room service. The building is close to four famous beaches of Rio; Ipanema, Arpoador, Copacabana and Devil's Beach, where the practice of surfing and related sports, the use of the bikini, the fashion of Rio de Janeiro and the ovation to the sunset began.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood was founded in 1894, bordering the neighborhoods of Copacabana, Leblon and Lagoa. It has some of the best and most traditional bars and restaurants in Rio de Janeiro and is one of the main tourist attractions in the city, both for Brazilian and international tourists. Also famous are its theaters and cinemas such as the Casa de Cultura Laura Alvim, Teatro Ipanema and Estação Ipanema. During the carnival, several traditional parades such as Banda de Ipanema (on the corner of our street), the "Simpatia é quase amor" or the "Gira preguiçosa" circulate around the neighborhood. On Sundays the traditional "Feira Hippie" flea market is being held with the sale of handicrafts and paintings; This area is also less than 200 m. of the building.
