The FlyingTheatre Suites are the gem that boasts the top location in the artistic and trendy Kapana quarter. They are housed in the iconic nearly 100-year-old oval-shaped building situated on the central Maroukian square. The suites feature high ceilings typical for the architectural style of their époque and wooden floors. The bedroom and bathroom furniture and doors are custom-made and hand finished, and most of the lighting is handcrafted. Each suite consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and one of them has a balcony. The kitchens are fully equipped with brand-new appliances, essential cooking utensils and tableware, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. There is salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea at your disposal. Dishwasher tabs are also provided. There is no parking on property. Parking is possible in the streets nearby which are part of the paid Blue zone and costs 2 BGN/hour, Mon-Sat, 8:30- 18:30, official holidays excepted. A very close parking lot is available at 28 Konstantin Stoilov str. and it costs 28BGN/24 hours.

The Old Town, the Roman Stadium, the Ancient Amphitheatre, the Agora and the Odeon of Philippopolis, the archaeological complex of Nebet tepe and many other attractions are reachable within a matter of 3-11 minutes.
