The premises have a lot to offer – the outside 9000 m2 garden area is featuring two big swimming pools, one swimming pool for children, playground and a centrally located Pool Bar Bistro. Inside the premises there is a heated indoor pool, massage services, a hot tub, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, relaxing foot baths, an infrared sauna, a gym and a restaurant. For children there is a Children’s Club with different attractions and activities every day. There is also a Royal Beach Mall on site, with 99 shops, cafes, minimarket and a KFC restaurant. Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the hotel. Every Sandapart Royal Beach Apartment is equipped with its own private Wi-Fi router, which provides reliable, high bandwidth speed. Underground 2-level parking is available at a surcharge – no reservation needed.

Royal Beach Private Apartments are located in the very heart of Sunny Beach, due to which almost anything one would need, is in a walking distance. Beautiful and very wide sandy beach is located only 1 minute walk from the hotel (90 meters away). Along the beach there is a sea promenade, full of cafes, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlors, mini markets, souvenir shops, mini golf sites and much, much more. The main city promenade is also very close to the hotel (just 3-minute walk, 210 meters away). Most of the local attractions are located around the promenade. In short proximity to the hotel (750m away) there is an Action Aqua Park, one of the two aqua parks in Sunny Beach area (the other one is located in Nessebar).
