Quiet summer villa located within walking distance to town centre and Black Sea. The villa has 2 free parking lots in the front garden of the property fully equipped from everyday cooking essentials to private gym on the second floor. The beach and the town center are located only within 300 meters distance form the house. There are many 24/7 supermarkets available during the summer period nearby, plenty of restaurants as well as cafes, making it the perfect spot for a holiday!
Hello, My name is Daniel and i am a young and enthusiastic landlord of a few properties in the tourist beach resorts Nesebar and Ravda. Working and communicating with tourists for me is a really fun and interesting experience, I am working with my properties for more than 5 years already, and i am so excited to meet you and meet your needs for the perfect holiday stay on my property. I am not entering the property while guests stay, but I am available all of the time on phone or text messages for any questions
It is an amazing neighborhood that has everything needed, full of cafes, seafood and Bulgarian restaurants located within walking distance. There are two 24h supermarkets located near the property, as well as bus station with direct connection to Burgas and Sunny Beach. There is a bus stop right next to the boulevard cafe, it is around 150m form the house, from there you can catch bus to Sunny beach, Ravda, Pomorie, Burgas airport and Burgas city.
