Welcome to our family house. The house ha to completely separate apartments on the 1st and the 2nd floor. The one you will be using is the 1st floor which is on top of the Garage ( so it is not a ground floor). The place is ideal for a family or group of friends who would like to have peace of quiet & relaxing time, able to explore the Varna province and the area with a very short distance to Varna city. ( approximate 10 min drive). Also, the place has an amazing view as it is located on a higher level of the ground with a front and back yard. The front yard is a privet parking space. The back yard is green garden with a BBQ area and a swing for nice and relaxing time. Inside you have a spacious and bright apartment, with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 dining room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 WC & 1 bathroom. The total / maximum number of people is 8. The dining and living area are connected and have a sofa for each one where can sleep 2 people on each sofa.
Your hosts are the Spirovi family as they live in the apartment on the second floor in the same house and they will be the people who will take care of you. Wonderful and hardworking people who will welcome you with a great smile and make you feel at home.
The house is located in a small town called Ignatievo, which used to be a village but 2010 was announced for a town due to the expanding population more than 4000 people already.
