New colorful apartment on the 1st floor located in the center of Sofia city. The metro station (Lavov most) is 500 meters away. There is a supermarket literally on every corner in the area. Big parks for children and walks nearby. The central bus and railway stations are no more than 10 minutes away on foot. We are very close to the main street in Sofia - Vitosha Blvd and the famous Ladies' Bazaar is on the other side of Slivnitsa Boulevard. Actually, every place you may need to visit in the city is nearby. A few of the many amenities: • 2 HD TV’s with free HBO Max and cable tv • Free weights and a yoga mat • Coffee maker, coffee and tea • Workspace There isn’t a crib for babies, but they are always welcome if you can ensure everything your child needs:)
Welcome, dear guests! I am glad that I have the opportunity to be your host because my hobby is making people feel good. That's why I loaded the apartment with many amenities. Like coffee capsules, different types of tea, yoga mat, jump rope and dumbells. In the bathroom you will find many extras too. The apartment is fully equipped so that you can even live permanently in it. For your arrival I won't be personally welcoming you, only if you don't want to. I prefer for the guests to have maximum personal space, that's why you are going to get the keys from a lockbox. I don't mind if you text or call me, asking for whatever is bothering you or are interested in. And last, but surely not least - if you are coming for a formal event or anything that requires make up done professionally, I am the person for this job. I have been working as a makeup artist for 8 years now and you can fully trust me with your look.
There isn't a free parking spot, but nearby are a lot of paid private parking places. All around the area is Green zone, which is paid by the hour. If you want to eat in a restaurant somewhere nearby, I recommend the Hadjidraganov's houses. It has a traditional Bulgarian food and setting. It's only 500m away. There are two supermarkets and one non-stop shop only within 400 meters from the apartment. A really popular place to visit and take photos at is the Museum of Illusions. On foot is no more than 15 minutes away, the address is Knyagina Maria Luisa Blvd 16. If you want to go to the center of the city (Vitosha Boulevard) and the weather is nice, you can go on foot, because it is 20 to 30 minutes away. But if you don't feel like walking, you can always take the subway instead. The metro station is called Lavov most and is 5 minutes away, on foot of course.
