Unsafe and dirty area near the red light district (= prostitution area); check-in from 8 p.m.; no prostitution or illegal activities; no parties, no persons not foreseen at the time of booking (maximum 2 persons); no guests without written authorization; curfew from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; do not remove the CO2 detector; no disconnection of appliances; no use, possession, sale or purchase of narcotics, nitrous oxide or cigarettes inside the studio; water, gas and electricity consumption = normal consumption per person, i.e. 0.2m3 water per year per person, 9 kWh electricity/day and 3m3 gas/day), break = pay. Each breach will incur a penalty of 100 E in addition to the cost of any repairs or expenses incurred as a result of the breach. Conditions written in French prevail over translations.
