The following rules apply to reservations: - check-in from 7pm; - no check-in if the deposit has not been paid as specified in the advert; - no prostitution or illegal activities; - no parties; - no uninvited guests at the time of booking; - maximum 4 people; - no guests without written permission; - 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. curfew: do not make noise or disturb neighbors during these hours; - do not remove CO2, motion and/or sound detectors; - no disconnection of devices; - no use, possession, sale or purchase of narcotics or nitrous oxide; no smoking indoors; - water, gas and electricity consumption = normal consumption per person, i.e. 0.2m3 water per year per person, 9 kWh electricity/day and 3m3 gas/day); - break = pay. Each breach incurs a penalty of 100 E in addition to the cost of repairing or repairing the fault. Conditions written in French take precedence over translations.
