Very very helpful staff, assisted in figuring out how to get some local currency since all of the exchange bureaus were closed, ordered food for me through their delivery vendor, made me tea and generally was very nice. There's a table with so many different kinds of tea and snacks (fruit, sweets) open to all. The room was spacious, the bathrooms very clean. The whole place was homey, several people struck up conversations. The metro is just outside of the building and the old city is in walking distance (about 30 mins). I had asked for a transfer from and to the airport which the hostel staff organized for me, very convenient, no stress! Also very nice gentleman, showed me around the city as we drove. Azerbaijani hospitality everywhere!

Additionally, the amenities provided, such as linens, towels, and toiletries, were sufficient for the duration of my visit.

The Hostel is strategically located. You can get everywhere easily. There's a huge breakfast everyday and the time for serving is so long that you can't miss it. There's tea and snacks all day long. The staff is very caring and their friend Ismael is also very helpful. Highly recommend CTH Hostel I actually got a room upgrade from single room to double.

The owner is good and his friend is also helpful. The location is undefeatable, it takes less than 3 minutes from Nizami Metro Station (only 1 station from 28 May). The room is spacious enough and also clean. There are 2 bathrooms, but don't worry, the owner cleans them quite often. There are always some biscuits, tea bags and coffee in the public area, just help yourself. Highly recommend!
