Villa Provincial is situated perfectly in front of hole 11 at Cypress Lakes Resort. This privately owned Villa is simply breathtaking offering 2 air-conditioned bedrooms situated on the upper level, both with a private ensuite and individual TV's. The lower level consists of a fully equiped kitchen & laundry, a lounge, dining area & an additional bathroom. It's unique provincial decor, and lime washed floor boards differentiates this Villa from the rest. The lounge & dining area opens up to a spacious balcony where you can relax & sip your wine to uninterrupted golf views & Kangaroos as they are often seen at dawn & dusk. The 2 King size beds can be configured to 4 King singles and a Sofa bed that sleeps 2 children or 1 Adult comfortably. It has free on-site parking (front of the Villa) a restaurant, bar, shared pool (private villa owners only), and is situated on an International Golf Course. It has cards, games, books & DVD's for your entertainment. The Villa is very close to many cellar doors & restaurants. This property is owned by the same owners as the 3 bedroom 'Villa Dion' also situated at Cypress Lakes. The Villa has red, white, and champagne glasses and a decanter.
