The Ponderosa Cabin is the ideal, year-round private hideaway. Located a ten minute drive from Jindabyne town centre. It is situated at an elevation of 1110m, on a gorgeous 5 acre rural property, with spectacular views to the valley below and the snow covered mountains in the background. The cabin is separate to the main house and has it's own undercover parking space for one car. Kangaroos, deer and native birds generally visit the property daily. The cabin is a genuine log cabin and has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, living space and loft bedroom. The cabin is warm and cosy in the winter and cool and relaxing in the summer. The loft has a double bed and the living area has a queen size sofa bed. Internal cedar walls rise to a cathedral ceiling with the loft that looks our over the living area, creating a rustic mountain atmosphere while providing comfortable, modern accommodation. Your host Ian and Gill have lived in the mountains for many years. They have a wealth of experience with regard to a visit to the Snowy Mounts for winter sports and summer touring and fishing. If you feel a little advise would come in handy please do not hesitate to contact and we will do our very best to assist you
