This stunning home offers open living, grand kitchen & your choice of indoor/outdoor dining, perfect for special gatherings. Comfortably sleeps 13 in 5 spacious bedrooms with A/C, including master suite with spa & balcony overlooking the scenic lagoon. Minutes away from beaches, restaurants, water park & golf courses, there is something for everyone to enjoy. - 5 bedrooms accommodate 13 people (1 king, 4 queen, 3 single beds) - fully air-conditioned house - private pool with pavilion - absolute waterfront - 3 bathrooms - double lock up garage Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is not suitable for parties. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply. HOUSE RULES: - no smoking - no pets - no parties/events - no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking - no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am) Thank you for your understanding.
