It was wonderful to be surrounded by nature. Wherever you looked it was just more of it. Wildlife alongside the property and its surroundings, all in sync. Birds chirping early in the morning, greeting sun rising behind those Trees, you cannot wait to join them in the morning glory – and so I did 😊

This open plan house and cottage offers a wonderful holiday escape with a relaxed country feel and only minutes to the beach. Perfect for families and small groups. Weather it be a business conference, or a boys fishing weekend away, we are able to cater for your needs. The property offers a full stainless steel sink and chest freezer for your catch. Under cover parking for boats and cars. A spacious outdoor area offers a large 8 seater table along with a BBQ. Let us connect you to all the hidden gems Agnes Water has to offer. Please be advised, this property offers a complete variety of accomodation options......Where it be our self contained cottage Bonniedoon......The Captains quarters, for that affordable motel room feel with a bit of GLAM.....perhaps our upper and lower deck rooms with shared living conditions.......perhaps book both rooms......book the entire house.......why stop their, book the entire property for that dream holiday or function. We are pet freindly.....Strictly no pets or smoking inside any of the dwellings. The property houses a caretaker and the communal Pooch.....always looking forward to his next playmate! This property offers a 3 bedroom house plus self contained cottage that sleeps 9 people all inclusive. We cater for wedding and events.. with the option to camp or caravan. We are a pet friendly farm stay, the property consists of multiple dwellings which consist of an onsite caretaker, a friendly dog, and the possibility of other guests residing seperate from the main building. We can provide live music (depending on availability and budget). Our onsite care taker is here to assist with your stay if need be.
The Main Street with cafes, restaurants. Spar, food works,bakery, pharmacy,tavern/bottle shop/Tab, newsagents and petrol station only a few minutes drive away. The 1770 marina precinct offers fabulous fish n chips, a Portuguese takeaway van and Katrina’s Bar around the corner, with entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights to compliment our gorgeous sunsets.. Sunny's place is situated on one of the best streets in Agnes, quiet and friendly, with only local traffic, however far enough to have your privacy and turn the music up that little bit more.
