Property information

This superb apartment is situated in the Sylvan Beach Resort right on the Bellara waterfront and overlooking the swimming pool! Sandy Toes located on the third floor offers a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and is packed with all the essentials! The apartment boasts 2 generous sized bedrooms with built in cupboards. Both bedrooms are fitted with quality beds and linen. No need to pay for parking, enjoy FREE covered parking on the premises. Guests please note – We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded. - No parties or smoking.
