Located in the heart of Darwin, this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom (ensuite) condo offers a comfortable and relaxing base to explore the best Darwin has to offer. The condo features secure undercover parking, an elevator to your floor, and a furnished balcony with sunset views. Centrally located, you'll be close to Fannie Bay, East Point, and the trendy Parap Village Shops which features the weekly Saturday Parap Market - just a two minute walk from the condo.
I'm a born and bred local. I love living here ... the weather, gorgeous sunsets, markets, multicultural and friendly population, the list could go on. I've travelled around the world, I helped establish an eco-tourism venture in Nepal, which has been a great success. As such, I know what it means to offer a quality experience to guests. A tip from a local - Yatis Laksa's are best in town. Head to the nearby Mindil Beach for the weekly Mindil Beach Markets during the dry season, the Ski Club, Sailing Club, Trailer Boat Club for a beverage and meal by the beach, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, and East Point to visit the Darwin Military Museum or simply to enjoy one of the most beautiful spots in the Top End.
