Immaculate, modern townhouse - 10 minute walk to the centre of Mornington and all of the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that Main Street has to offer. Only a three minute drive to the closest beach and two-minute stroll to local amenities including fast food restaurants, supermarkets, a chemist and bottle shop. With two living areas, three bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms and a modern fully-equipped kitchen - this is the perfect holiday home for couples or families. There's even table tennis and a dart board in the large garage for fun-filled nights at home - and a private garden with a deck for sunbathing during the day and drinks at night. The upstairs master bedroom features a huge wrap-around balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle. A fold-out sofa-bed in the upstairs living room offers additional sleeping options, meaning two families could fit comfortably under one roof. Perfect for couples or families with children. -No groups of under 25s. -No parties. -No pets. Thank you.
Hi! We'd love to have you stay at our beautiful holiday home. We're brand new to renting but we're loving it so far. We chose Mornington for our first purchase as in our view, it truly is the most beautiful place on the Penninsula. Lots of gorgeous beaches, wineries on the doorstep, great attractions such as Arthurs Seat, local areas like Sorrento, Rye and Dromana only a short drive away. And Main Street has everything you need - cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
We are on the corner of Main Street, the heart of Mornington. Featuring cafes, shops, bars and restaurants you have absolutely everything on your doorstep. There are endless beaches nearby - choose from Mornington, Mount Martha, Safety Beach, Rye and Sorrento back beach - the latter is brilliant for surfing. You can walk along to Main Street - the centre is probably a 15 min walk. A bike ride or drive to the nearest beach is recommended - all other beaches are within a very short drive.
