We all got our own stories and this is Maple Holiday Villas story. A ten-year-old boy had a dream while watching, foreign tourists enjoying in the beach and surrounding hotels, in his hometown. This is where the inspiration came from. As a family, we grew up in Bentota, and enjoyed the beauty of the southern beaches and coastal lifestyle in Sri Lanka. We know better than anyone else the beaches and beauty of the area. Having involved with our core family business “Suriya Tourist Inn” motel at Bentota Beach in 1980’s, had the first exposure to tourism industry. Our goal now is to genuinely offer you a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle holiday accommodations as much as we can. Your satisfaction is not only important, but vital to us, and we will give you all the support and assistance that you might require during the process of your journey with us. Maple Holiday Villas currently managing few holiday accommodations in Brisbane and in Sri Lanka with the view to expand its horizons.

Property information

Initially, this was a post war house constructed in year 1945 on 810m2 dual house allotment. Located in a scenic place where you could enjoy beautiful bay/ island views and see boats go pass by. You are only 300m from the water and all the amenities in a short walk. Still you could enjoy nicely decorated very unique original plasterboard ceilings throughout the property and original polished timber floorboards. The house was renovated completely in two stages in 2012 and 2020 with combination of coastal, modern and Hampton style interior design. And subdivided the land to build our Sky House, which also in another holiday letting. This listing includes renovated original house nested in approx. 405m2 land extent. The floor layout changed to suit modern lifestyle, large doors and windows fitted to see ocean view from the house and to improve natural lighting level, enhanced the facilities with modern fittings and fixtures and improved the ecstatic side of the property as well. Little garden space nicely landscaped and fully fenced to achieve your own privacy. You have access to newly built swimming pool and attached sitting area. The pool is to be shared with the Sky House.

Neighbourhood information

Wynnum is a Brisbane's bayside suburb with easy access to all the facilities. After the first Australians, migrated people settled in this area since 1824 due to it's average temperature limits throughout the year. Many restaurants and supermarkets in a short walk. Water front park lands, kid's paly areas, wadding pool, Morten Bay and it's islands with fabulous beaches and Manly boat harbour makes this area more popular among Brisbane residents and holiday makers.
