The light filled open plan living space has black butt timber flooring, high ceilings and sliding door access to an undercover deck for outdoor entertaining all year round. A second living room also with sliding door access to the alfresco dining is perfect for extended family members or as a quiet place to retreat to. The modern galley style designed kitchen overlooks the front living room for easy entertaining with long island bench, gas stove and dishwasher. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Bedrooms two and three have built in robes and are adjacent the main bathroom. There is also a separate toilet and laundry. With ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, all mod cons, and a sliding entrance gate, this property is a very comfortable, secure and easy space to inhabit. There is a workspace with a desk and comfortable chair so if you have to work while you are on holidays, you’ve got a great space to do it in! Of course there is fast NBN WiFi, two big screen TVs and the added bonus of Netflix! Guests have access to the garage as well as parking for another vehicle behind the sliding gate. Bedding Configuration (sleeps 6) Bedroom 1 – Queen Bedroom 2 – Queen Bedroom 3 – Single (2 beds) The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. The property has 1.6M high colourbond fencing all round, fence is 1.6m height with 135mm when the electric gate closed between gate and fence. Your well behaved pets are very welcome inside.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
