Kath’s Place, was like being at home, you walked in and sighed I feel so comfortable. The area is new and clean and very attractive. Easy to enter Torquay city centre from where we stayed. I would definitely stay at Kath’s Place again, and highly recommend it to anyone who intends to book a stay in Torquay.

Brand new, newly listed stylish 2 bedroom villa, overlooking parklands and lake, 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Fishermans beach (Fishos).
I've lived in Torquay all my life and believe my place is situated in one of the best locations in Torquay. Surrounded by parklands, nature tracks and a 10 minute walk through the Deep Creek track brings you straight onto the Torquay beach which is a wonderful calm beach for swimming. Supermarkets and cafes are a 5 minute drive and there is even an Aldi 5 minutes walk the other way. Every Saturday there is a local farmers market only a 10 minute stroll away where you can pick up lovely fresh local produce. You can walk to shops and cafes from here, or a very short car ride. Plenty of free street parking out the front. Its a lovely safe area.
