Property information

Well preserved Jan Juc beach house. Ocean glimpse through the trees and split system air conditioner in the upstairs main living. Set on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open plan living, dining and kitchen upstairs. Downstairs is a great retreat area with lounge and bathroom. Also has a queen bed. Perfect as a self contained area in itself. Good size yard area for boat or jet ski parking. Sleeping up to 8 guests with: Bed 1 = Queen Bed 2 = Queen Bed 3 = 2 x Single Beds Bed 4 = Queen (Downstairs) Available all year round as a great holiday home for up to two families to enjoy. BBQ and setting for outdoor dining.
