This five-bedroom house, which can accommodate up to 11 guests, has a brilliant array of sleeping arrangements so everyone is catered for and comfortable. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and work station, as well as access to the balcony. A third bedroom also has a double bed, while the fourth bedroom contains a sofa which converts to a king size bed. The fifth and final bedroom is a great spot for the kids with a triple bunk – single on top, double on the bottom – and plenty of room for them to spread out and play! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for post-game feasts or a quick brekky before you head out to explore Newcastle and the Hunter region. There is an oven and cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans and a dishwasher for a quick clean up! The house has reverse cycle, split system air conditioning and ceiling fans for temperature control and your comfort. The modern bathroom and additional toilet are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper for your convenience. A laundry is available and supplied with washing detergent if you need to do a load of washing or throw the beach towels through the washer and dryer at the end of a day on the water. Windows are dressed with block out curtains and blinds for privacy and perhaps a sleep in after a big night out! The property also has off-street parking and abundant free on-street parking.
