BOND - a refundable bond is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date. BED CONFIGURATION OPTIONS: OPTION 1: 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Long singles. OPTION 2: 2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Long singles. OPTION 3: 3 King, 1 Queen. Optional extra costs you can select when booking; Sofa Bed per booking with towels and linen provided. Port-a-Cot per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire. Beach/pool towels are per towel hire/ per booking. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
