Other notes to know about your stay: We are Eco-friendly fully off-grid property, we generate all the power from the sun and our water supply is from filtered rain water. We recommend minimizing the usage of air-conditioning and turning off lights when not in use. this will ensure all that there is ample battery storage to keep the house operational throughout the night and also reduce the carbon footprint on the planet. In high energy usage circumstances or overcast weather, we have a backup generator that will operate and recharge the battery. As our power is 100% solar generated and stored in batteries, we recommend use of the washing machine and dryer only until 2pm (to be conducted during sunlight hours) so not place heavy drain on the battery after sunset. Guests have the full access to the house with no shared areas. there is a shared drive way to the property that services also the guest house further down the drive way away from the house: so please keep the driveway clear.

Modern luxurious open plan spacious 3 bedroom home (220m².) with 27m² alfresco deck positioned to take in the peaceful views across the valley towards the Kondalilla National Park. Completely self contained, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen with butlers pantry, lounge room, separate dining area, laundry and the large panoramic viewing deck to watch the sunset. The masters bedroom contains a luxurious king size bed, large windows to capture the views across the valley and an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, plenty of storage and television. The two other bedrooms contain queen size beds and wardrobes and share a large luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. We are an Eco-Property and provide all Eco-Friendly bathroom amenities and cleaning products. Other amenities include: Breville Oracle Coffee Machine with fresh beans A selection of teas Foxtel and smart TV apps like Stan, Youtube Premium, Disney +, and Netflix Satelite Wi-Fi Washing Machine/Dryer* *Recommend limiting to day time only.
