This is a dog friendly, 3-bedroom property with an additional sleeping area off to the side of the main lounge with a double sofa bed, and a single day bed in the lounge room, plus 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, gas heating, offering free Wi-Fi. Set for 8 Guests in total. There is room for 2 families to stay, or perfect for a couple's getaway. Complete with room for the boat, Jet Ski and other beach toys, there is a double car garage and carport. The rear yard is fully enclosed for safety and security, with a large entertaining area with table and chairs, BBQ facilities and more to sit back and relax around the barbie on a warm summers' night. There is a formal lounge, complete with a built-in bar area, located at the front of the house.
