Dutchmans Bay Escape at 45A Thurlow Ave Nelson Bay is in the perfect holiday location. Only a 3 minute walk to renowned Dutchies Beach and playground, only a 3 minute drive to Nelson Bay Town Centre with shopping and cafes and almost as close to D'Albora Marina with an easy 1km walk along the bridle path beside the foreshore. Downstairs you will find the double garage, entrance, two bedrooms, main bathroom and fully equipped laundry. The back bedroom has the added bonus of glass doors that open out to the manicured rear yard. Upstairs is the main bedroom with balcony and ensuite, 4th bedroom, powder room, living area, entertaining balcony with BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. Everything has been thought of to ensure you have the best holiday possible, from coffee pod machine, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple TV's, comfortable lounges, bean bags for the kids and all linen provided. Just bring your beach towels. Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings. It is the perfect setup for 4 adults and 4 kids.
